1. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to every company that opens an Eng Fayez workspace (“Customer”) and to every person who uses it — owners, staff, employees and suppliers using a portal or registration link (“Users”). By creating an account, logging in, or submitting information you accept these terms.

2. Accuracy of information

  1. You confirm that all information you enter — company, employee, supplier, financial, attendance, payroll and document data — is true, accurate, complete and current, and that you have the right to enter it.
  2. You are responsible for the information you enter and for the decisions, payments, WPS files and documents produced from it. Every record is saved with the user who created or approved it.
  3. Uploaded documents (trade licences, Emirates IDs, invoices, delivery notes) must be genuine and valid. Entering false or forged information may lead to suspension of the account and may be reported to the competent authorities.
  4. You must correct information as soon as you know it is wrong.

3. Accounts and security

  • Keep your password private. Do not share accounts; each person must have their own login.
  • The Customer’s owner decides who has access and what each user may do, and is responsible for removing access when someone leaves.
  • Tell us immediately at the contact below if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to access another company’s data, test or bypass security, overload the service, upload malware, or use the service for anything unlawful under UAE law.

5. Customer data

The Customer owns its data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Each company’s data is kept separate from other companies’.

6. Trial, plans and payment

New workspaces get a 30-day free trial. After that the workspace becomes read-only until a plan is active. Prices are in AED and exclude 5% VAT.

7. Calculations and outputs

Payroll, gratuity, WPS files, VAT and accounting figures are calculated from the data you enter and the settings you choose. Review them before use; they do not replace professional legal, tax or accounting advice. Answers from the built-in assistant are generated automatically (AI) and may contain mistakes.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and backed up, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

9. Suspension and closing

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. The Customer may close its workspace and request an export of its data at any time.

10. Changes and law

When these terms change you will be asked to accept the new version before continuing. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai.
